Safety guide
Know what to do before, during, and after a concern.
Use this checklist to protect account access, handle invitation links, verify workspace context, and contact support without exposing secrets.

01
Account access
Keep credentials private and complete only the account steps you initiated.
- Use a strong, unique password that you do not reuse on another service.
- Complete email verification or a six-digit sign-in check when Inspecker requests it.
- Use the password-reset route you requested; do not forward the reset link or token.
02
Invitation links
An invitation token can create or decline an account relationship, so treat it as private.
- Continue only when you expected an invitation to an Inspecker workspace.
- Do not share or paste the invitation link or token into a support message.
- Decline an unexpected invitation, or ask the organization to issue a new one if the link expired.
03
Workspace activity
Confirm the current operational context before you upload, reply, accept, remove, or pay.
- Check the selected company, job, conversation, ticket, document, or payment context.
- Review confirmation copy before an irreversible or high-consequence action.
- Use only actions available to your current role and membership permissions.
04
Get help
Share enough non-sensitive context for support to investigate without exposing account secrets.
- Use the public contact route if you cannot sign in, or the ticket workspace after signing in.
- Include the route, approximate time, and relevant job or ticket reference when available.
- Never send a password, verification code, reset link, invitation token, or complete payment credential.
