We would like to inform you that we have a request from our client for an inspection quotation for Transformer and switchgear in the UK OTDC company’s facilities ( Redhill- near to London) The proposed scope of inspection visits to cover level 1 inspection for Transformers and Level 2 inspection for Switchgears as follows: (Level #1): Release for shipment Inspection: This level requires only final inspection to release material or equipment for shipment. (Ensure complete equipment and/or material is by the purchase order; is properly identified; is adequately prepared for Shipment and, those documentation requirements have been fulfilled). This could include a final system check. ( Level #2): Progressive Inspection: This level requires a pre-fabrication visit, to review quality requirements established in the purchase order, plus coverage of all Witness and Hold Points. Also includes 'Review for Pre-Shipment Inspection', per Level 1). Also, you find attached the scope of supply to be in consideration during the inspection. Inspector/s: should be well experienced in inspection, testing, and documentation, also certified in ASME, API, ISO, and other international quality standards. So Please forward your best offer including the CV with a high level of experience in rotary components (Transformer and switchgear) before the closing date.
