Summary - Additional Requirements

There will be a QA/QC inspection of Wellhead manufacturing in Campina, Prahova 105600 – ROMANIA. DESCRIPTION OF QA/QC SERVICES - Review of (manufacturer) quality manual and procedures against ISO, API and other applicable standards (Latest Edition), checks of equipment calibrations, records and personnel certifications. - Reviews (manufacturer) work in progress are often conducted to verify that the vendor’s employees are following the re-dress, assembly, testing and quality assurance procedures outlined in the vendor’s written documentation and relevant industry standard. - Evaluate the respective service’s (manufacturer) general performance for compliance to API, relevant industry, and their own written operating practices and client’s contractual requirements. - Document quality gaps and vendor non-conformances related to the inspection and qualification of the equipment. - Wellheads will be inspected on operating location and/or on at suppliers shop prior to use during manufacturing process. - To ensure component identity/traceability is maintained of all the equipment. - To provide daily reports that detail the equipment qualified and activities for each day worked. - All waivers for non-conformances shall be captured. - All field QA/QC inspectors shall have a hard copy of any/all other industry standards applicable to the equipment being qualified while on location. - Inspectors shall have a working camera that is capable of taking time stamp photos while on location. Pre-Production Meeting (PPM): PPM requirements including date of meeting and meeting location in which TPI and client key personnel will be present. Objectives as listed below: - Identify and review all specifications applicable to the equipment that has been identified by contract. - Status of any outstanding design review actions, and final document identifying equipment being supplied. - Identification of communication routes and other key contacts, including Company contacts authorized to review and accept NCRs, variation requests and concession requests - Identification of any outstanding exceptions and technical clarifications. - Confirmation of notification methods, timing for Company surveillance, and estimated amount of Company surveillance activities. - Identification of material and manufacturing location for all critical components (if applicable). - Capacities and limitations of manufacturing and test equipment used for the Contract. - Confirmation of material delivery, manufacturing, and testing schedules.
