Inspection Schedule: • 13.10.2025 = T4711-A Hydrostatic Test • 20.10.2025 = T4711-B Trial assembly and Visual and Dimension Inspection • 24.10.2025 = T4711-B Hydrostatic Test Scope of Inspection: • Visual inspection of equipment interior and exterior • Dimensional inspection • RT Film evaluations • Hydrostatic Test Supervision • Weld log inspections • NDT report inspections • Equipment thickness inspections (Body, nozzle, dome must be inspected in detail) • Quality file inspections Required Personnel Qualifications: • Inspector must have 10 years of experience in pressurized equipment inspection. • Inspector must be EN ISO 9712 RT and PT or MT certified. • Inspector must be CSWIP 3.1 or CSWIP 3.2 certified.
