Inspection Location: Neuman & Esser, Dresdener Str. 73, Wurzen Germany 04808 Inspection Item: Isobutane Unloading Compressor 50-C-8108 Inspection Activity: Fabrication and testing of the bare compressor as part of the Isobutane Unloading Compressor assembly Inspection Dates: Starting from 28th August 2023 (70 hours) Preferences: (mechanical inspector) • Project will be needing 1 Inspector to cover the fabrication/manufacturing at Neuman & Esser located in Wurzen, Germany as applicable. Fabrication and testing of the bare compressor as part of the Isobutane Unloading Compressor assembly. This portion of the package is to be fabricated and tested at Neuman and Esser in Wurzen, Germany. The required inspector must be familiar and experienced with API code requirements for compressors as well as can read and understand drawings and NDE experience. Must be familiar with machining tolerances and rotating equipment. Needs to understand mechanical run testing and have the ability to follow the approved ITP. • Proficient with the interpretation of fabrication/manufacturing drawings • Extensive knowledge of pressure vessel fabrication/manufacturing and examination processes • Well versed in ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code (BPVC Sections; II, V, VIII & IX) • In-depth knowledge of welding process application and inspection (previous experience w/ Duplex Stainless Steel preferred) • Proven ability to identify potential quality issues, and track corrective actions through to final closure/acceptance • National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors – Authorized Inspector w/ “A” Endorsement (preferred) • API Source Inspector Fixed Equipment (SIFE) Certification (preferred) • AWS CWI and/or CSWIP equivalent is (preferred) • ASNT Level II – RT(R), MT, PT, UT, and/or CSWIP equivalent (preferred) • NACE CIP Level 2 and/or SSPC PCI Level 2 (preferred) Notes:- The Client requires a sample Inspection report from the inspectors we are proposing
