Summary - Additional Requirements

There will be a new inspection for materials related to the replacement of bottom Plates for the Tank. The inspector must be qualified to review technical documents related to plate manufacturing. The details as follows: END USER : Harouge Oil Operation (HOO) SELLER : ArcelorMittal Projects Europe B.V. COMMIDITY: bottom Plates for Tank PLACE OF INSPECTION : Antwerp, Belgium CONTACT PERSON: will be provided later on DATE OF INSPECTION : will be provided later on RELATED DOCUMENTS : attached (Proforma invoice, progress report (duration and expected dates, and inspection test plan ITP) – will be given after the inspector’s acceptance SCOPE OF INSPECTION: as follows: - Reviewing technical documents such as ITP (inspection test plan and its technical documents that mentioned in ITP), MTC (Mill Test Certificates – according to Certificate EN 10204 Type 3.1) - Visits during coating stage (after application of Shot blasting & priming) and perform visual and dimension measurement for the plates. - Final inspection to release the material for shipment - Checking of shipping marking - Photographs for inspection and loading process.
